The Pro plan includes generation reports: these show how much energy the system produced (kWh). The Scale plan also includes savings reports, which compare solar generation with the utility bill to calculate the customer’s actual financial savings. That is the key difference between the two plans.
You can pay a monthly surcharge based on the number of plants or upgrade to the next plan. During the first year, there are no caps: all plants are unlimited regardless of the plan.
You can pay per report with the flexible plan (starting at $1.25 USD) or purchase prepaid packages with volume discounts (up to 60% off). Prepaid reports do not expire.
Three key features: (1) Shared customer and project database — enter your customer’s information once, and it’s available in both products. (2) Connected lifecycle — when a proposal becomes a project, it automatically transfers to After Sales as a project with the targets carried over. (3) Bundle discount on the total amount, plus more proposals and more reports.
Sunwise updates the data once a day across all three plans. The difference lies in the level of granularity: with the Pro plan, you receive one consolidated value per day, while with the Scale and Enterprise plans, you receive 288 readings with 5-minute resolution per day. The availability of 5-minute granularity depends on the inverter and its license.
